MANILA, Philippines — All airlines were back to normal operations after a technical glitch in Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft disrupted several flights on Saturday, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) said. Caap said normal operations resumed on Saturday evening. The agency, when asked by INQUIRER, said there is no exact time on record for when operations returned to normal. The glitch specifically disrupted 93 domestic flights, of which 82 were canceled and 11 were delayed. At least 14,000 passengers were affected by the flight cancellations and delays.
