MANILA, Philippines — The request of Lawyer Dov Jacobs to withdraw as the associate counsel of former President Rodrigo Duterte in his crimes against humanity case has been granted by a trial chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC). The Trial Chamber (TC) III on Friday, which was a day after being informed of the request of the French lawyer, said it saw that “no prejudice arises or inconvenience is caused” from this move.
