BUENOS AIRES — Argentine President Javier Milei said Tuesday it was “highly likely” that Pope Leo XIV would visit the South American country in November as part of a papal tour that could also include Uruguay and Peru. Milei’s remarks came five days after Uruguay’s government and Catholic Church said they were looking forward to a potential November visit from the pontiff.
