MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Bato dela Rosa appeared at the Senate plenary session on Monday, May 11, after a half-year absence. Dela Rosa made an appearance on the same day a motion for a change in Senate leadership was approved. Upon his arrival, he alleged that agents of the National Bureau of Investigation blocked him from entering the session hall.
