MANILA, Philippinesโ€”Lawmakers and conservation groups are pressing the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) to release vessel monitoring data from commercial fishing boats following fresh reports of continued fishing activity inside municipal waters reserved for small-scale fishers.
