MANILA, Philippines — A bill that seeks to create a national program for Filipinos with autism, effectively expanding the range of services and assistance given to those diagnosed with conditions inside the autism spectrum disorder (ASD), has been approved by a House of Representatives committee. During the House committee on health’s hearing on Monday, a motion from Bukidnon Rep.
