CEBU CITY, Philippines โ It will soon be easier for citizens or Cebu residents to acquire some documents at the Capitol with the Cebu Provincial Boardโs passing on final reading of the proposed Freedom of Information (FOI) Ordinance. The passing of the proposed FOI measure on the third and final reading of the Provincial Board on Monday brings the proposed measure nearer to becoming a law, as it now depends on whether Cebu Governor Pamela โPamโ Baricuatro will approve it or not.
