TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol — Cebu Archbishop Alberto “Abet” Uy has issued a “Pastoral Guide for Lawmakers on the Question of Impeachment,” urging Catholic legislators to approach the impeachment issue with moral discernment, prayer, and a commitment to truth and justice.
