BEIJING, China — Rescue teams were searching for two people missing in a coal mine blast in northern China that left at least 82 dead, state media said early Sunday. The blast marked China’s worst mining disaster in 17 years and authorities said the company involved had committed “serious” violations, with toxic gases accumulating in the mine. The state news agency Xinhua said early Sunday an all-out rescue operation was under way to save the two people who were missing.
