MANILA, Philippines — The subpoena against Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa was served on Monday concerning the drug war investigation. It was the Criminal Investigation and Detention Group (CIDG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) that issued the subpoena around 9 a.m. to require the senator to attend in-person its investigations into alleged extrajudicial killings in Davao City.
