PUERTO PRINCESA CITYโ Operatives of the Rizal Municipal Police Station recovered suspected illegal drugs worth P20 million floating in the waters off Rizal town in southern Palawan on Sunday. An initial investigation report from the Philippine National Police said that a fisherman discovered two suspicious packages wrapped in black plastic about 25 miles off the shoreline of Barangay Taburi. The packages contained approximately two kilos of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of P20 million.
