Council gives Archival 30 days to present post-SRP garbage plan

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Cebu City Council has given Mayor Nestor Archival 30 days to submit a transition plan that would move the city away from using the South Road Properties (SRP) as a garbage dumping and staging area.
