Danao City police get U.S. commendation for American fugitive's arrest

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Danao City Police Station has received a Certificate of Commendation from the United States Department of State Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) for its role in the arrest of an American fugitive wanted in Texas and declared an undesirable alien in the Philippines.
