MANILA, Philippines – Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. on Sunday appealed to Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa to cooperate with authorities and honor his duty as a former national police chief amid ongoing efforts to locate him.
