MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has not received any request to cancel or suspend the passport of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa, amid questions over possible implications of an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant. DFA spokesperson Analyn Ratonel told the Inquirer that no request has been filed with the agency seeking the revocation or restriction of the senator’s passport. “The DFA has not received any request to cancel or suspend the passport of Sen.
