MANILA, Philippines — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) issued a warning to the public and its personnel against the supposed unauthorized use of Undersecretary for Public Safety Jed Patrick Mabilog’s names in fraudulent transactions and solicitation activities. “Reports received by the Department indicate that certain persons have been falsely representing themselves as being connected with the Office of the Undersecretary for Public Safety without proper authority,” the agency said in a statement on Tuesday.
