MANILA, Philippines – Billionaire and turned politician Leandro Leviste is facing a new complaint over his alleged failure to deliver a 120-megawatt solar project committed under the government’s green energy auction program (GEAP). The DOE filed a civil complaint against Leviste in a Taguig court to collect a P1.18-billion performance bond after his company allegedly failed to develop the General Santos solar farm.
