DOJ chief Vida vows to enforce future ICC arrest warrants

MANILA, Philippines—Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida on Tuesday vowed to go after other individuals, aside from Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, who would be subject of arrest warrants from the International Criminal Court (ICC).
