MANILA, Philippines – Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida on Tuesday said the Philippine National Police (PNP) should have already revoked firearms licenses of Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa. Dela Rosa, a former PNP chief, has gone into hiding again after his brief appearance at the senate last week. The International Criminal Court (ICC) already unsealed the arrest warrant issued against him, being one of the co-perpertrators of then – president Rodrigo Duterte’s bloody war on drugs.
