MANILA, Philippines – Former President Rodrigo Duterte’s first status conference before the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands, is set to begin on Wednesday afternoon. The conference, scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Manila time), will tackle matters related to Duterte’s upcoming trial, although the former president himself will not attend.
