MANILA, Philippines โ The Prosecution at the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Wednesday requested that interpreters be promptly secured for the trial of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte so that proceedings can be broadcast in Tagalog and made more โaccessibleโ to Filipinos.
