LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Cebuanos can expect cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms this weekend due to the prevailing easterlies, the state weather bureau said on Saturday, May 9. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) also said the easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific, would bring hot and humid conditions across the county.
