Ex-QC solon asks NBI to file cyberlibel raps vs PGMN's vs CJ Hirro

MANILA, Philippines — Former QC Rep. Marvin Rillo on Monday submitted an affidavit to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), asking the bureau to file four cyberlibel complaints against Peanut Gallery Media Network (PGMN) anchor CJ Hirro over alleged defamation.
