Former boxing world champion Tapales moves up to featherweight

CEBU CITY, Philippines – Former two-division world champion Marlon “Nightmare” Tapales officially climbed into the featherweight division. Sanman Boxing, Tapales’ promoter, announced the change on Tuesday, May 26.
