MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Hagupit slightly weakened on Saturday morning as it continued moving westward over the Philippine Sea and may enter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) later in the day, the state weather bureau said. In the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa)’s tropical cyclone advisory, the state weather bureau said Hagupit was located 1,065 kilometers east of Northeastern Mindanao, outside PAR.
