Heavy rains expected in Zambales as 'habagat' strengthens – Pagasa

OLONGAPO CITY  — The southwest monsoon or Habagat is expected to bring several days of heavy rain in Zambales province, according to the state weather bureau on Wednesday. In an advisory at 11:00 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the province is expected to experience continuous monsoon rains from Wednesday, June 3, until noon on Saturday, June 6.
