MANILA, Philippines โ The low-pressure area (LPA) outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) has developed into a tropical depression on Tuesday afternoon, the state weather bureau said. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in an advisory said the weather system intensified into a tropical depression around 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
