MANILA, Philippines — Lucio Co-led Crystal Bridges Holdings has earmarked over P6.7 billion for the first phase of Primewater Infrastructure’s rehabilitation and expansion after acquiring the water utility in May. The company said the budget will fund Primewater’s infrastructure upgrades and service improvements as it executes its turnaround plan.
