MANILA, Philippines — The camp of Atty. Manases “Mans” Carpio, husband of Vice President Sara Duterte, is considering an appeal after a Quezon City court dismissed their petition seeking to block the House of Representatives Committee on Justice (HCOJ) from subpoenaing their tax records in connection with the Duterte impeachment.
