Mandaue City eyes renting firefighting drone for 1-year trial

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – Mandaue City is eyeing the rental of a firefighting drone to boost its ability to solve emergencies, especially high-rise building fires beyond the reach of conventional ladder trucks. A Taiwanese company demonstrated the use of a firefighting drone at the Mandaue City Hall on Monday morning, May 25.
