MANILA, Philippines — Several roads in the City of Manila will be closed to traffic amid the second Baha Sa Luneta and Trillion Peso March anti-corruption rallies on Sunday, Nov. 30. In an advisory on Friday, the Manila Police District (MPD) said the following roads will be affected: Both lanes of Bonifacio Drive from Anda Circle to P. Burgos Ave. Roxas Blvd. southbound from Katigbak Drive to P. Quirino Ave. Roxas Blvd. northbound from Quirino Ave. to P.
