MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Rodante Marcoleta on Monday broke his silence after the Office of the Deputy Ombudsman for Luzon’s field investigation bureau recommended plunder and indirect bribery complaints against him and his donors over alleged campaign donations worth P75 million.
