CITY OF CALAPAN — A 14-year-old girl from Puerto Galera in Oriental Mindoro who was reported missing has been found safe, authorities and family members confirmed Monday afternoon. Kate Nicole Visaya, a Grade 9 student and resident of Barangay Balatero in Puerto Galera, was reported missing after leaving her home at around 8 a.m. on Sunday, March 15.
