NBI: Padilla should explain how Dela Rosa left Senate custody

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said over the weekend that Sen. Robin Padilla should help authorities establish the full account of how Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa left the Senate premises after the former police chief had been placed under the chamber’s protective custody.
