MANILA, Philippines – A bill that seeks to establish updated general regulations and policies governing the construction of buildings in the Philippines has been filed in the Senate. Senate Bill No. 2159, also known as the โNew Philippine Building Act,โ was filed by Sen. Raffy Tulfo on Monday.
