MANILA, Philippines — Four hundred and twenty-eight police officers were dismissed from the service between Aug. 26 and Nov. 26, 2025 for violations of law enforcement regulations, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Friday. This was the result of the resolution of 1,339 administrative cases during the said period, according to the PNP in a statement. Meanwhile, 71 police officers were demoted; 448 were suspended; and the remaining 1,361 were subjected to other penalties, the PNP noted.
