MANILA, Philippines โ The Department of Justice (DOJ) is studying the “factual circumstances” and public admissions to determine if Senator Robin Padilla may be prosecuted for a particular crime. After six months in hiding, dela Rosa appeared before the Senate to cast his vote for a new Senate president. After the gunfire incident, he left the Senate despite being given protective custody.
