PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – The Pagadian City Agriculture office have begun laying down measures to help farmers brace for the looming El Niño, city agriculturist Ramon Rodrigo Jr. told the Inquirer. “As of now, farmers are already planting, while many are still preparing their land,” Rodrigo said, noting that growers are taking advantage of intermittent rains brought by easterlies affecting parts of Mindanao.
