PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – The Roman Catholic Church’s Diocese of Pagadian is bracing for the second round of the ‘Trillion Peso March’ on November 30, Sunday. The rally here will be held at the city plaza where thousands are expected to converge to show their continuing disgust against the scourge of corruption and demand accountability.
