MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather conditions are expected to persist in Metro Manila and most parts of the country on Sunday, November 30, according to the state weather bureau. In its 5 p.m. weather update on Saturday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Metro Manila and large parts of Luzon will experience clear weather, except for a chance of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening.
