MANILA, Philippines – Parents must also be held accountable for the behavior of bullies in school, Senators Bam Aquino, Raffy Tulfo, and Erwin Tulfo said on Monday. During the Senate Committee on Basic Education hearing on expanding the Anti-Bullying Act, Sen.
