MANDAUE CITY, Cebu โ The Pasko sa Mandaue celebration officially opened on Friday night, November 28, with the ceremonial lighting of the cityโs Christmas tree at the heritage plaza. Mayor Thadeo Jovito โJonkieโ Ouano and Congresswoman Emmarie โLolypopโ Ouano-Dizon led the event, which also featured a fireworks display to mark the start of the Christmas festivities.
