SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The Philippine Navy formally welcomed its newest offshore patrol vessel, the future BRP Rajah Lakandula (PS21), during an arrival ceremony held on Friday, May 8, at the Naval Operating Base in Subic, Zambales. In a statement on Saturday, May 9, the Navy said the vessel’s arrival in the country on May 4 marks another step in its ongoing modernization and capability enhancement efforts.
