MANILA, Philippines — The petition for the precautionary hold departure order (PHDO) against Senator Rodante Marcoleta, former Rep. Mike Defensor, and two other individuals is now submitted for resolution. The Sandiganbayan Seventh Division on Tuesday heard the PHDO petition of the Office of the Ombudsman against the respondents based on complaints of plunder and indirect bribery over an alleged campaign donation to Marcoleta worth P75 million.
