CEBU, Philippines โ Although the hearing in the high-profile case involving Kingston Ralph Cheng and Sean Andrew Pajarillo was reset, the prosecution maintained that it went to court fully prepared. The clarification came after the defense counsel, representing Pajarillo, raised concerns in court, which led to the resetting of the hearing. However, all evidence had already been furnished to the defense on April 17, including judicial affidavits from police officers and a universal serial bus (USB) drive containing surveillance footage relevant to the case, said lawyer Terence Fernandez, legal counsel of the Chengs.
