MANILA, Philippines — The Presidential Task Force on Media Security (PTFOMS) on Thursday urged Sen. Rodante Marcoleta to prove his claims that media personnel are “bayaran” (paid persons) or else retract his statement and apologize to journalists. “These sweeping statements threaten media credibility and expose them to potential harm.
