CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela — Rockfalls triggered by overnight rains brought by Typhoon Ester blocked the Mabaay–Sabangan Road in Sitio Dugo, Barangay Napua, Sabangan, Mountain Province, on Friday morning (June 5), forcing authorities to close the national road temporarily. The Mountain Province Police Provincial Office announced the temporary closure of the Mabaay–Sabangan Road in Sitio Dugo, Barangay Napua, due to debris and rocks that fell onto the roadway.
