Rodrigo Duterte’s family accepts ICC rejection of interim release appeal

DAVAO CITY, Philippines — The family of former President Rodrigo Duterte has accepted the decision of the ICC Appeals Chamber “with peaceful hearts.” The family’s short statement was posted on social media by Davao City Rep. Omar Duterte, grandson of the former president.
