MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court said Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa “has no clear and unmistakable right to be protected” as it denied his petition seeking a temporary restraining order against a possible arrest by the International Criminal Court (ICC). Dela Rosa has sought to stop the implementation of the ICC warrant of arrest, which was issued in November last year but made unsealed only this month.
