MANILA, Philippines — A petition was filed before the Supreme Court seeking a temporary restraining order (TRO) against certain provisions of the Bangsamoro Autonomy Act (BAA) ahead of the first regular parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (Barmm).
